WEEK O6

As the model is very hard to achieve the look I have in mind, I have decided to explore the garden where the pots will be placed on.

I have got some inspirations from the tutors, to think more about what will the plant be planted into the pot. I decided to choose Peace Lily.

 

This is due to its special meaning and aesthetically pleasing outlook. I derived the form of the flower petal and build a garden for it accordingly.

Green: Flower bed for peace lily

Beige: Step seating for the visitors

Grey: Circulation

Leaf like cover: to prevent the plant from direct sunlight as the lily doesn't like it

Overall look:

Both the cover and the flower bed & seating is inspired by the peace lily's shapes.

I was advised to add in more structural support for it to make it more completed. Also, I am exploring other possible shapes and arrangements.
